Our well established International Client is expanding into the Central Valley and is PARTNERING MUST have experience in AG INDUSTRY or very similar industries, with preference dealing with Industrial, Municipalities, Government/City/State entities.
Summary:
Responsible for Business Intelligence, Promotion and Communications, Product and Channel in support to the sales and marketing strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES /
Experience:
o Generate useful initiatives for growth achievement.
o Develop a pricing strategy by territory and by product.
o Gather market information to make assertive analysis of the conditions of the market and the effectiveness of the strategies deployed o Hire and track advertising agencies.
o Define and develop exhibitions and events, managing and negotiating the logistics, coordinating and implementing the content of each event.
o Coordinate internal people for unified company communication o Develop a plan and follow through on the products positioning.
o Review opportunity areas for product development.
o Establish strategies to achieve budget of each channel.
REQUIREMENTS:
+5 years in marketing areas.
Sales, Market, Pricing Analysis Interpreting qualitative and quantitative studies of market, brand building, product management.
Proactive leadership, motivator, responsible, work under pressure, honest.
Interpersonal Relations, attentive to details, meeting objectives and committed.
Honesty, Passion to work, Openness, Results Oriented, Conflict solver, Communication Bilingual Spanish a Plus! Requirements:
MUST have experience as a Marketing Coordinator in the AG INDUSTRY as specifically described above.
