In-coming and outgoing sales calls with existing and new customers.

Laboratory scheduling and resource coordination.

Customer project coordination and follow-up.
Education and Experience Required A Bachelor's Degree or an Associate's Degree with a minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
Skills Required 1.
Great interpersonal and communication skills - both verbal and written.
2.
Customer Service and Customer Relations skills from relevant work experience.
3.
Excellent proficiency in all aspects of order scheduling, customer service and customer project management.
CKC will train in areas specific to our company operations, systems and software tools.
4.
A working knowledge of national and international EMC standards.
CKC will train in this area.
5.
An in-depth knowledge of CKC's test capabilities.
CKC will train in this area.
Compensation and Benefits o $37,500 to $50,000 annual salary, depending on education and experience.
o Laboratory efficiency bonuses.
