Sports Media - Features Producer (93277) - WorkInSports (Visalia, CA)
The Features Producer will report to the Coordinating Producer - Post Production.
Responsibilities:
Producing short and long form post-produced content/shows; Implementing production techniques and processes that will allow the Pac-12 Networks to produce high quality content in an efficient manner; Communicating schedules and features plans to PR, Programming, and other departments We are a training environment and teaching facility.
This person will be responsible for managing, teaching and mentoring the assigned Associate Producer; Interact with all network departments and university staff to be effective in this position; Oversee schedule for feature shoots and post production.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of prior work experience in sports TV production experience Minimum of 2 years of prior work experience in feature producing Must have significant experience producing features and post produced shows at a national or regional sports network Highly developed ability for storytelling and creating content with compelling narratives.
Excellent verbal and writing skills.
Experience and proven ability to edit in a non-linear/server-based environment.
Familiarity and experience with state of the art field production equipment and techniques.
Passionate about Pac-12 and Collegiate Sports Willingness to travel to fulfill assignments Effective interpersonal skills; good judgment and ability to interact with different levels of management and teams Demonstrated ability to prioritize under time constraints and work successfully in a fast-paced environment Experience working in a culturally diverse organization and supporting the values held by our unique employees, clients, sponsors, university faculty, and fans Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications Preferred Pac-12 Enterprises participates in the Department of Homeland Security's E-Verify process which verifies employment eligibility of all newly hired employees.
