Rehab Manager - Physical Therapist Acute Care Setting
Responsibilities:
Functions as a program coordinator and facilitator.
Acts as liaison between the company and facility administration.
Plan, develop and conduct therapy programs.
Test and evaluate patients' physical and mental abilities.
Analyze medical date to determine realistic rehab goals for patients.
Consults with rehab team to select activity programs and coordinate therapy with other therapeutic activities.
