Responsible for overall operation of the plant ensuring company's successful and competitive performance through the company's style.
RESPONSIBILITIES /
Experience:
Implement systems and processes/policies of the organization.
Plan production, manage inventory and internal procurement assurance.
Plan, implement and control budgets for the areas responsible.
Maximize the business unit's profitability through price, cost deviations and operational expenses for the business.
Develop long term operation plans assuring operational excellence of the plant and assuring operational metrics.
Ensure fiscal, legal, and business-related compliance of the organization in the site.
Review periodic assessments of the organization's financial performance with the budget according to financial and operational goals.
Recruit, build and develop an operational plant team to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the operation Develop initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
Assure reports are done in a timely manner and according to corporate requirements.
Develop and understand the market dynamics creating a deep knowledge and thus developing strategy for market share increase and new market development.
Develop and assure for sales and marketing budget.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering preferred.
5-8 year experience in manufacturing industry.
Strong in Operations, Management and Finance.
Desirable knowledge in Sales & Marketing.
Commitment, engagement, teamwork, leadership, drive.
Honesty, Passion to work, Openness, Results Oriented, Conflict solver, Communication.
Requirements:
MUST have experience as a Plant Manager in a Manufacturing environment as described above.
