Troubleshoot control loops III.
Effectively Tear Down/Inspect/Repair/Rebuild Pumps and Turbines B.
Make Repair/Replace Decisions C.
Put Back Together Correctly D.
Test and Verify Repairs IV.
Effectively Maintain Boilers A.
Winterize Boiler B.

Job Description:
Takes ownership of entire STEAM GENERATION system Understands steam generation equipment and process flow and effectively troubleshoots problems.
Performs all required preventative and restorative maintenance on steam plant and related equipment, including:
Boilers Deaerator System Pumps Motors Turbines Control Systems Chemical Systems Economizers Flue Gas Recirculators Condensate Returns Fire Pumps Other Related Equipment OPERATES BOILERS AND RELATED EQUIPMENT Operates, monitors and maintains steam, condensate and water flows Starts up and shut down boilers Performs basic water chemistry Balances steam and water flows Responds to upsets and emergencies Controls costs Complies with mission-critical regulatory requirements Salary:
