Regional Manager for After School Soccer Programs Application process:

Soccer playing experience 6.
Be open to the unpredictability of a small business environment Work Deliverables 2.
Interview & hire coaches who are interested 3.
Train coaches in the practical aspect of our coaching manual 4.
Ensure close monitoring of your coaches 5.
Communicate with schools to ensure coaches are exceeding expectations 6.
Communicate with coaches on a regular basis 7.
Schedule and monitor programs Payment levels 0-6 months $12.
50 per hour 6-12 months:
Salary @ $24,000/yr Year 2:
Salary @ $26,000/yr plus a sales role (commission-based) Year 3:
