Job Description esponsible for the overall management and supervision of the plant's quality laboratory.
This person serves as the site's subject matter expert for the following quality processes:
finished product testing, environmental monitoring, microbiological testing, sterility assurance and real-time stability testing.

Manage the final product testing and release, microbiological, sterility assurance, environmental monitoring and stabilit testing programs.
3.
Lead out-of-limit investigations for the laboratory.
4.
Drive continuous improvement programs in the laboratory that improves efficiency and maintains compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.

Confers with customer representatives, vendors, plant management, or engineers to establish specifications for new product development.
8.
Directly supervises employees in the quality department that conduct finished product functional testing and all microbiology and environmental monitoring.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work and appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
