Job Description HR Partner to function or business unit team.
Aligns HR strategy for function or business unit to overall Best Team Strategy.
Responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of HR programs to support business needs in coordination with CoEs and Shared Services.
Serves as key business/function HR partner to senior management team of the function or business unit.
Development measurement systems to determine the impact of HR programs.
Implement HR processes as needed.
Partner with HR colleagues in the Field, CoEs and shared services to effectively deliver HR services.
Qualifications Ability to develop a plan of action and implement.
Ability to influence and persuade appropriately to drive change.
Ability to manage relationships through understanding of environment and needs.
Excellent analytical and process management skills with strong business acumen.
Bachelor degree required.
7 plus years of Human Resources experience, at least 5 years in a generalist role.
