Nonprofit Executive Director , Fresno CA

Duties and Responsibilities include:
o Collaborate with the Board to develop, implement and monitor the organization's strategic plan while ensuring that the budget, staff and priorities are aligned with EPU's core mission.
o Cultivate a strong and transparent working relationship with the Board and ensure open communication about the measurement of financial, programmatic, and impact performance against stated milestones and goals.
o Ensure that the flow of funds permits EPU to make continuous progress toward the achievement of its mission and that those funds are allocated properly to reflect present needs and future potential.
o Ensure the delivery of high quality services while managing current and future growth.
o Support and motivate the staff.
o Oversee the financial status of the organization including developing long and short range financial plans, monitoring the budget and ensuring strong financial controls are in place; set financial priorities accurately to ensure the organization is operating in a manner that supports the needs of the program and staff.
o Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing, branding and development strategies that ensure consistency throughout the organization and enhance revenue from major donors, foundations, government agencies and corporations.
Qualifications:
o Bachelor s degree required.
Advanced clinical degree in nursing, social work, mental health or child development preferred.
Significant leadership experience in nonprofit or similar organization.
o Exceptional interpersonal skills required.
o Broad healthcare and human services understanding.
o Strong strategic planning, development and implementation experience required.
o Strong community relations.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
